WARRANTY

1. Warranty Coverage

At Central Valley Locksmith, we take pride in the quality of our products, installations, and workmanship. All parts installed or services performed by Central Valley Locksmith are covered under a One-Year Multiple Parts and Labor Warranty, effective from the date of installation or purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Replacement or repair of defective parts or hardware installed by Central Valley Locksmith.

  • Labor costs associated with diagnosing, repairing, or replacing covered parts.

Our goal is to ensure your locks, keys, and security hardware function reliably and as intended.

2. What’s Included

During the warranty period, Central Valley Locksmith will:

  • Provide free repair or replacement of any part found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

  • Cover the labor required to diagnose and correct any issue arising from defective parts or installation.

All repairs or replacements will be performed by qualified Central Valley Locksmith technicians.

3. What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, tampering, vandalism, forced entry, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use or environmental exposure.

  • Issues resulting from improper maintenance or neglect.

  • Damage caused by acts of nature (such as fire, flood, or lightning).

  • Services or parts provided by anyone other than Central Valley Locksmith after the initial installation or service.

Please note that electronic or smart lock components may also be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms, which apply separately.

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service, please:

  2. Provide proof of purchase or installation, such as a receipt or invoice.

  3. Describe the issue in detail and, if applicable, include photos or documentation.

A qualified technician will review your claim and determine whether the issue is covered under this warranty. If approved, repairs or replacements will be completed promptly at no charge.

5. Limitation of Liability

Central Valley Locksmith’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts and the associated labor.
We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including lost keys, downtime, inconvenience, or property loss resulting from lock or hardware failure.

6. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or service recipient listed on the invoice.

7. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
