Welcome to Dependable Locksmith (“Dependable Locksmith,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

3.1 Estimates Only. Any prices discussed by phone, text, email, or shown on the Site are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change once the technician inspects the situation on-site.

3.2 On-Site Confirmation. Before work begins, the technician will explain the work to be performed and the price or pricing method. By authorizing the technician to proceed, you agree to pay the quoted amount.

3.3 Payment Methods. Payments are handled offline directly with the technician or through another agreed method. We do not collect or process payment information through the Site.

3.4 Trip / Service Fees. A service call or trip fee may apply even if the requested work cannot be completed (for example, if you decide not to proceed after the technician arrives). Any such fees will be disclosed before you are charged.

3.5 Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes imposed by law.

4. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

4.1 Appointments. When you request Services, we may provide an estimated time window for technician arrival. This is an estimate and not a guarantee; delays may occur due to traffic, prior jobs, emergencies, or other circumstances.

4.2 Access. You must ensure that an adult (18+) is present at the service location and that we have safe, lawful access to perform the work.

4.3 Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation or trip fee if the technician is already en route or on-site.

5.Customer Responsibilities

By requesting our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner, lawful occupant, or authorized agent for the property or vehicle where Services are requested.
  
  

• You have the legal right to request lock, key, or security work at that location.
  
  

• Information you provide to us is accurate and not misleading.
  
  

We may decline or discontinue Services if we believe a request is unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.

6. No Emergency or Specific Response Time Guarantee

While we strive to respond as quickly as reasonably possible, we do not guarantee:

• Completion of a job within a specific timeframe
  
  

Any timeframes discussed are estimates only.

7. Warranties and Service Issues

7.1 We aim to perform Services in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you experience an issue with work recently performed by us, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

7.2 No Other Warranties. Except as required by law, the Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Dependable Locksmith and its owners, employees, and technicians will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

8.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
